It worked!!!
There was an error on my part when running the command. I ran the script like this:
sudo bash almalinux-deploy.sh --local-repo=file:///run/media//<mounted_drive_name>/<folder_where_updates_where>
These last folder had: 8 directory, the RPM-GPG-KEY file and the almalinux-release file and it worked. The only error I saw while it was running was from some logos it couldn’t find.
