Yes it is, I use xvkbd that looks like this:
There is no pre-compiled rpm for Alma/Rocky or CentOS but I recompiled the rpm from Fedora Core 34. I suggest you do the same; read my post here about compiling a rpm and use the Source RPM you can download here.
