RPM Fusion has simply not built/packaged NVidia’s driver for el10 yet.
NVidia themselves have not released their drivers as RPM for el10 yet either.
Likewise, ELRepo has barely started to build packages for el10 – nething released so far.
AlmaLinux includes Nouveau open source driver for NVidia GPUs. It should be able to do “basics”.
AlmaLinux 9 defaults to Wayland, but can start X11 sessions. AlmaLinux 10 has only Wayland. This could explain some issues.
I do have only one AlmaLinux 10 so far, with only minimal install, i.e. no GUI DE yet, so cannot tell how my RTX 3070 will behave.
