8 -> 9 Upgrade Error

Trying to upgrade to 9 from a fresh install of 8.9 and am getting the following errors:

why are you upgrading a fresh install of 8.9 rather than just installing 9?

this will fix the iptables issue:

rpm -e iptables-ebtables --nodeps

In response to the question, because it is a VM and I chose a crappy provider who told me (falsely) that there is no template for 9.X for SolusVM and I am little more than a n00b that is limited to following how to’s …
