Almalinux 9 - update openssl 3

Hi,

How can i update openssl 3.0.1 to latest 3.0.7 version.

Yum update is not giving any updates for me?
Please put me in the right direction.:pray:

You install a distro that provides such a thing?

RHEL 9 (and hence Alma 9 and all the other RHEL rebuilds) does not have “openssl 3.0.1”.
They have openssl that was forked from upstream “openssl 3” and has modifications added by Red Hat.

The patches are in openssl-3.0.1-43. This resolves CVE-2022-3602.
