AlmaLinux Kitten - change Terminal language

Hello everybody,

I really like AlmaLinux Kitten. As imutable desktop I installed it on a production machine - though I know I shouldn’t. But everything I need works fine.

Only one thing, I don’t understand. The language of the terminal menu stays English -no matter what I do.

I tried:

localectl set-locale LANG=“de_DE.UTF-8”

But it stays the same.The keyboard layout is correct but not the menu entries…

Hi @Dimpflmoser! This definitely sounds like a bug. Have you tried the same thing in CentOS Stream 10?
