Baseos cannot download repomd.xml

Hello, How fix this issue?

[dms@srv653741 ~]$ sudo dnf update

Right now, I don’t see “almalinux” in https://ftp.nluug.nl/pub/os/Linux/distr/
Is nluug.nl supposed to mirror the repos? Has it done so before?
I don’t see it in https://mirrors.almalinux.org/ either.
