Cannot download elevate repo

hello

new to alma, im trying to convert a centos box to alma however when trying to install the elevate repository with the following :

yum install -y http://repo.almalinux.org/elevate/elevate-release-latest-el$(rpm --eval %rhel).noarch.rpm

I get the following output after sometime :

Cannot open: http://repo.almalinux.org/elevate/elevate-release-latest-el7.noarch.rpm. Skipping. Error: Nothing to do

the system doesn’t have network traffic being blocked by firewall and dns resolves via multiple resolvers.

traceroute shows that the repository sits somewhere in london, could anyone point me in the correct direction.

able to reach repository now.

seems to be a routing issue with some upstream in london.

For me the same. ipv4 to repo.almalinux.org is completly down.

seems to be fine now. most likely issue with their transit provider or NTT
