Dropped network connections

When updating to one of these packages:

containernetworking-plugins.x86_64 1:1.3.0-8.module_el8.9.0+3717+81096349

sudo.x86_64 1.9.5p2-1.el8_9
tcpdump.x86_64 14:4.9.3-3.el8_9.1.alma.1

after my system will drop all network connections, ie ssh, xrdp etc but it doesn’t look like net itself is dropped.
Anyway, I rolled back and problem was resolved. I think its container networking but not sure

also i was able to get temporary resolution when I restarted NetworkManager service. But shortly after connections dropped again. Only resolution was rollback

Do not roll back packages that has nothing to do with networking since I assume they are not all dependent on each other? Roll back the one most likely to the be issue and when confirmed, perhaps raise the problem with the maintainer of the package. Other options is just add a version lock on that package for now and try upgrade when the next version has been released. Sometimes new packages comes with new bugs, just have to deal with it.
