Failed upgrade from 8.7 to 9.X

Getting lots of gpg errors (sample below). while trying to upgrade from 8.7.
<Can’t include links and full output with links because this system limits me to two links only since I’m new… that’s not helpful, to say the least>

$ wget link to RPM-GPG-KEY-AlmaLinux-9
$ gpg --import RPM-GPG-KEY-AlmaLinux

How are you doing the upgrade? As far as I’m aware there’s no upgrade path from Alma 8 to Alma 9 yet (I suspect / hope Elevate will be able to do the upgrade at some point but it’s not there yet).

Without more information it’s difficult to help with errors like this.
