How to create account in bugs.almalinux.org

Hi!
The Almalinux wiki (Help AlmaLinux OS | AlmaLinux Wiki) states that if a bug is specific to AlmaLinux it should be filed against bugs.almalinux.org. But I see no way to create an account there. How do I create an account?
