I don’t see any option in Alma Linux 8.6 installer to break to a shell and set up a Linux Software RAID5 array. Do I have to use a LiveCD for this, or something similar?

To configure software RAID, select Create custom layout from the pulldown list on the Disk Partitioning Setup screen during the installation.
