Is there a way to install AlmaLinux on ZFS?

I see no ZFS option in the “File System” dropdown menu during installation. Is there a way to create a ZFS partition and install AlmaLinux on it?

Hi,

The AlmaLinux installer does not support ZFS as a filesystem option, so you can’t install AlmaLinux directly “on ZFS” in a supported way.

You can install AlmaLinux on XFS/ext4 first, then install OpenZFS and use ZFS for data.
