We are a cloud service provider.
some of our customer reported that system hang at booting.
After investigate we found that the new updated kernel (4.18.0-553) could not find root fs.
The managed to resolve the issue by folloeing the below steps:
- reboot
- press e
- select older kernel (4.18.0-513)
- The issue is resolved
Kindly, update you kernel to avoid this issue
