has anyone any idea?

Are you sure your system is capable of running Alma 9?

The motherboard must have x86-64-v2, not v1 or Alma9 won’t build.
This link from the RockyLinux forums shows how to tell what you have.

i’m not able to run the script, but I manually tested cpuinfo and it contains all the code for level1, level2 and level3 (i didn’t check level4).

I am seeing the same issue and my system CPU supports x86-64-v2

Do yo have any logs that indicate a problem wit the update?
