Is there a safe path to update AlmaLinux 8.10 to 10.1 on my VPS server running Plesk Obsidian 18.0.74 Update #3?

Performing an in-place (overwrite) major upgrade from AlmaLinux 8.10 to 10.1 on a live Plesk environment carries significant risk due to the substantial impact of repository/package differences and service configuration changes.
On the other hand, while Plesk Obsidian 18.0.74 supports AlmaLinux 10 (supported since 18.0.72), there are limitations regarding extensions and other features.

The obvious “safe path” is to set up a separate AlmaLinux 10 server, configure it appropriately, and then transfer data&operations from the old server.
