Upgrade problem from 9.4 to 9.5

Hello folks,
Im trying to upgrade my machine from 9.4 to 9.5 but stuck with the error, how can i resolve this? Or do i have to wait till Epel and RPM fusion are up to date?

I can install vlc-plugin-lua-1:3.0.21-9 without problems in my VM.

RPM Fusion has ffmpeg-libs that depends on libdav1d, which is in EPEL. The issue was that EPEL did update/rebase libdav1d into newer version when they did (re)build packages for el9_5.

The ffmpeg-libs-5.1.6-1.el9.x86_64 that was in RPM Fusion did depend on the previous libdav1d.
RPM Fusion does now have ffmpeg-libs-5.1.6-2.el9.x86_64 that depends on current libdav1d.
