Will AlmaLinux Get Packages Like Rocky?

Rocky Linux is going to obtain SRPMs using Red Hat’s UBI containers and paid cloud instances. That seems somewhat reasonable? If someone is paying for a RHEL instance on which they can install packages, the licenses of many/most of the packages require Red Hat to provide the source used to build the package. This way seems more reputable to me than some of the ways that I expected rebuilders to get packages.
